What 90 days actually looks like.

[ short answer ]

In the first 30 days we fix the technical blockers that stop Google and AI tools from reading your site. Days 31–60 build the answer pages. By day 90, most operators see improved Google Business Profile impressions, at least one AI-cited answer in their category, and measurable keyword movement — like the live client below, up 17.7× in Google impressions in two months.

Anyone can promise rankings. Below is what actually happened — live Google Search Console data from Marlow's on the Kenai, an Alaska fishing lodge, across the first 90 days after we launched their site. No projections, no cherry-picked screenshot. Clicks went 19 → 84 → 216. Impressions went 1,026 → 5,415 → 18,151.

impressions up 17.7× and clicks up 11.4× in two months. ctr easing is the healthy kind — you're surfacing for far more page-2 queries, so the denominator climbs faster than the clicks. turning those rankings top-5 is the next lever.

Days 1–30 — clear the blockers

The first month is foundation. We fix the schema errors, crawl issues, slow pages, and citation gaps that stop Google and AI engines from reading the site at all. It is the least visible work and the most important — nothing ranks on a site machines cannot parse.

You often see indexing improve here before a single new page ships, because the existing pages finally become legible to crawlers.

Days 31–60 — build the answer pages

Now we publish. Each new page leads with a liftable answer, carries the right schema, and targets a real question customers ask. This is where impressions start climbing fast — in the data above, that is the jump from 1,026 to 5,415 between month one and two.

CTR eased over the same window, from 1.85% to 1.19%. That is the healthy kind of easing: you surface for many more queries, plenty on page two, so the impression count outruns the clicks. Converting those page-two positions to top-five is the next lever.

Days 61–90 — compound and convert

By day 90 the pattern holds: impressions up 17.7× and clicks up 11.4× from the baseline month. Google Business Profile impressions rise, the top service pages move up the rankings, and the first AI-cited answers appear in the client's category.

This is the inflection point, not the finish. Visibility compounds — every new answer page that gets indexed widens the surface area for both Google rankings and AI citations.

Straight answers.

How soon will I see SEO results?
Technical fixes can improve indexing within the first 30 days. Ranking and AI-citation movement usually builds over 60 to 90 days as new answer pages get indexed and trusted. One live client went from 1,026 to 18,151 monthly Google impressions in two months after launch.
What happens in the first 30 days?
We clear the technical blockers that stop Google and AI engines from reading your site — schema errors, crawl issues, slow pages, and inconsistent citations. This is the unglamorous work that makes everything after it possible. Indexing often improves before any new content ships.
Why does click-through rate drop while impressions rise?
That is normal and healthy early on. As you surface for far more queries, many of them are page-two rankings that earn impressions but not yet clicks. The denominator grows faster than the clicks, so CTR eases. The fix is converting those page-two rankings into top-five positions.
Are these real numbers?
Yes — the chart on this page is live Google Search Console data from Marlow's on the Kenai (an Alaska fishing lodge) across their first 90 days after we launched their site. Clicks went from 19 to 216 and impressions from 1,026 to 18,151. The data is unedited and verifiable in their Search Console.
What should I expect by day 90?
For most operators: improved Google Business Profile impressions, measurable keyword movement on the top service pages, and the first AI-cited answers in their category. Day 90 is an inflection point, not a finish line — visibility compounds from there.
